QueenBee is ready to receive Google Ads Lead Form webhooks at https://api.queenbee.geekybee.net/webhooks/google-ads/leads. In Google Ads, open the Lead Form asset, enable webhook delivery, set that URL, and use the same key as GOOGLE_ADS_LEAD_WEBHOOK_SECRET in Coolify. Then send a Google test lead and use Show test leads here.
If you already sent a Google test lead, turn on Show test leads — test submissions are hidden by default.
